Stripe Transaction Terms of Use

Welcome to OmniEx LTD (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Stripe Transaction Terms of Use (“Stripe Terms”) apply to all payments processed through Stripe’s platform (“Stripe”) as part of our Services. By using Stripe for transactions via OmniEx Services, you agree to these Stripe Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any transactions using Stripe.
1. Definitions
- OmniEx Services: All products, services, and platforms offered by OmniEx LTD, including but not limited to AuditLog, Verify iD, Easy Forms, ReWardy, Cipher, B Social Hub, and DateHub.
- Stripe: A third-party payment processor that facilitates secure online transactions.
- User: Any individual or entity that engages in a transaction using Stripe via OmniEx Services.
2. Stripe Payment Processing
- Third-Party Relationship: Stripe is a third-party service provider. By using Stripe for transactions, you agree to comply with Stripe’s own terms and policies, available at Stripe Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Authorization: By initiating a payment via Stripe, you authorize OmniEx LTD and Stripe to process your payment, including storing your payment details for future transactions where applicable.
- Transaction Fees: Any applicable fees associated with transactions through Stripe are clearly outlined before payment. These may include service fees or Stripe’s processing fees.
3. User Obligations
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a transaction.
- Compliance with Laws: You agree to use Stripe for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited Activities: Users may not:
- Use Stripe for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Attempt to bypass security measures associated with Stripe’s platform.
4. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds: Refunds are issued at OmniEx LTD’s discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy. Stripe’s processing fees may not be refundable.
- Disputes: Any disputes related to Stripe transactions must first be raised with OmniEx LTD via our Support Centre at www.help.omniex.uk. For unresolved issues, Stripe’s dispute resolution process may apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
- No Liability for Stripe: OmniEx LTD is not liable for any issues arising from Stripe’s platform, including delays, errors, or unauthorized transactions.
- Maximum Liability: OmniEx LTD’s liability for any claims related to Stripe transactions is limited to the transaction amount, excluding any fees.
6. Termination of Stripe Transactions
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your ability to use Stripe for transactions if:
- You violate these Stripe Terms or any applicable laws.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.
7. Governing Law
These Stripe Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Stripe Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
